Origins: Siberian Huskies were initially
bred to pull sleds, by the Chukchi people in northeast
Asia, as sleds were their primary means of transportation.
Description: Siberian Huskies are medium
size dogs. Siberian Huskies are strong, compact
dogs, with erect ears, and pointed noses. They
have the tendency to howl rather than bark.
Size: Siberian Huskies weih between 35
to 60 lbs, they stand 20 to 23.5 inches tall at
their shoulder.

Coat: Siberian Huskies have a thick double
coat consisting of a dense undercoat and soft
outer coat. Siberian Huskies come in all colors
from black to white along with a brownish red
color.
Disposition: Siberian Huskies are affectionate
but independent, they are intelligent and have
been known to mimic movements of people (opening
doors etc...). .
Type Dog: Siberian Huskies are working
sled dogs.
Litter Size: Siberian Huskies give birth
to litters of 6 to 8 years.
Behavior: Siberian Huskies get bored easily
and require daily exercise and mental stimulation.
They do not like to be confined and are considered
"escape artists".
